SOFTWASHING

Soft washing is a safe and affordable spray-and-rinse process that effectively removes dirt, grime, cobwebs, salt and other debris from a variety of exterior surfaces, including timber, brick and concrete walls, painted surfaces, texture-coated and acrylic-coated surfaces, retaining walls, fences, eaves, gutters, balconies, verandas, patios, and even glass.

Unlike pressure washing, soft washing relies on biodegradable chemicals and chemical reactions to remove dirt and grime, rather than high-pressure water streams that can cause damage. This makes it ideal for commercial and residential buildings.

PRESSURE WASHING

Porous surfaces such as driveways, paths, patios, concrete surrounds and decks are the first residential outdoor areas to accrue substantial amounts of ingrained dirt, mould, mildew, algae and moss; whether the surface be concrete, cobblestone, pavers or bricks.

With the initial application of specific treatments for all the above and including further factors such as grease, oil, tyre marks, dirt and all the environmental factors that contribute to how rapidly these surfaces can deteriorate both aesthetically and with regards to safety, our pressure washing machine needs only one pass after the preparation, saving precious time and resources.

The nature of porous surfaces mean they are absorbent and thus require an advanced hot pressure washer to kill and extract the dirt, contaminants and microbes that have infiltrated the surface. Once cleaned, we can apply a sealer almost straight away. This simply means that our high pressure cleaning ensures much, much longer lasting protection than any other available services.
